About Us

The CSX-NS General Chairmen’s Association is a unified body of General Chairmen and Representatives from the nation’s leading labor organizations, including:

BRS, BMWED, ATDA, TCU, IAM, ARSA, SMART, TWU, IBEW, ILA, BLET, and NCFO.

Together, we represent thousands of unionized railroad workers across the CSX and Norfolk Southern (NS) systems, working to protect their rights, safety, and dignity in the workplace.

We are committed to safeguarding the interests of railroad workers through collaboration, strong representation, and proactive engagement with industry stakeholders. As professional employees who build and maintain America’s railroads, we take pride in our vital role in supporting the nation’s infrastructure and ensuring a safe, reliable, and efficient rail system for all.
